Possibility of being entered into the database

We allow access to the Czech National Genographic Database to those who don't have a GenoGraf® Certificate of Origin, but do have a Y-chromosomal analysis results report from a different renowned laboratory. A list of laboratories whose results we accept is here. The following is necessary for entry into the database

1. The following documents must be sent to the address of the Czech National Genographic Database:

a. Completed request for entrance of DNA results from external laboratory into the Czech National Genographic Database (get form here)

b. Consent to processing of personal data in accordance with Law no. 101/2000 vol. on the Protection of Personal Data (get form here)

c. original or copy of performed analysis report from different laboratory

After processing the request, you will be sent an e-mail with the decision of entering into the database, together with your log-in information.
