Problems with logging on

In view of personal data protection it is not possible to make your request for a forgotten password or for database entry by telephone.
I am unable to activate my account::
- If you only have the "GenoGraf® Report" without a GenoGraf® Certificate of Origin number (XXXXXX/XX), contact us zde.
- If you did not provide a password in the Sample Guide when ordering, contact us in writing through this form here.
- If you did not give your consent in the Sample Guide to the entry of your DNA profile into the database, please send it in writing through this form here.
I am unable to log on:
- Make sure that you have entered the GenoGraf® Certificate of Origin number in the correct format: (example 012345/67).
- Make sure that your browser has "cookies" enabled.
- If you have forgotten your password and have a user account activated, request a new password on this page: Forgot your password?
